KFC Innovation - Sharing take-away box

KFC approached pacproject to create a take-away box containing a combination of various specialities to be shared by the whole family. The requirements were: easy transportation, minimal heat-loss, maintained crispness, grease- and drip-proof material, simple construction and safe handling by KFC staff.
The solution includes a microflute inner tray and grease-proof microflute outer transport box, which can be stored flat. Tests prove that heat and crispiness is maintained for more than 25 minutes. Launched in 2010. See TV spot.
