The Trend for personalized products is one of the most relevant phenomena in recent times. For the company Mondelez Int’l they have observed this rise in the demand from consumers and taken action: In Australia, since July 2019 Cadbury is offering for the first time 3D-printed chocolates to consumers. Whether in the form of Kangaroos or Flip-Flops to name a just a few of the possible personalised motives available. Pacproject was involved right at the start of the Realisation phase of the project. Together the team developed high quality, innovative and most importantly safe packaging solutions for the precious 3D pralines. For the production of the packaging Pacproject defined together with Mondelez Int’l the fitting food safe finishing technique. For a smooth transition and process Pacproject managed and co-ordinated the production of the packaging between Hamburg, Bournville and Melbourne as well as their on time delivery ‘down under’.
