Cadbury - Time-honoured lady in a new robe
Introduced in 1938 and unchanged since then, the Cadbury Dorothy Pack is without a doubt one of the most iconic packaging concepts in the United Kingdom. pacproject has now given this classic a cautious facelift. While maintaining the characteristic conical shape, a new two-part construction has been developed in which a concave oval lid is applied separately to the body. Easy opening, easy reclosing and sharing with friends is child's play. It was necessary to design and develop a completely new packaging system in order to erect and fill the new package. The "new, old" cult packaging is used for the Cadbury brand classics Roses, Miniature Heroes and Terry's Chocolate Orange Sensations.
